The usage and applicable scope for CIP

The CIP equipment is used to clean at site of material pipe of industrial like milk products, juice,

Beverage and etc and recipients. I t can also be used to clean the material pipe and equipment of beer factory, beverage and food factory.

A centrifugal pump is used in CIP to convey cleaning liquid into material pipe and equipment recipients to force the clean liquid to circulate to make cleaning without taking apart pipes or equipment. With the system the equipment availability can be improved and intensity of labor lessened. So the equipment is a kind of advanced technology equipment.

The application of the equipment must be combined with the equipment of the workshop pipe collocation and rinsing cap.

Main structure and working theory

This equipment is composed by acid and alkali groove, clean water groove shelf distribute which send out the cleaning water and centrifuge pump and so on.

the three grooves is used for contain the clean water, it can according the process requirement scheme the water’s component, and thickness, and also can be heat through by steam heating tray- pipe which in the acid and alkali groove, it is the belong normal pressure container, made by the stainless steel or the controller cabinet, the top and bottom has the circumfluence and output connecting, the top two connecting is also the entrance of cleaning water, the bottom is also have the cooling water exit and exhaust for wastage liquid.

The cleaning water output by the distribute and go into the pipe which need cleaning, makeup the cycle circumfluence cleaning system.
