hours in Orange County California. I am a one man, one CNC, machine shop located in
Orange California. I have a Mori Seiki 3-axis CNC with travel of 22 x 16 in excellent condition in a clean, well-lit shop.
I use Unigraphics NX CAD CAM for design and machine programing and can import CAD files from most formats.
I have 25 years experience in plastic injection molds for medical and household products as well making a wide variety of parts for racing engines and cars.
I can help you with billet parts, molds, castings or foundry patterns and masters.
I have very high skill in CAD modeling of complex contoured shapes and cast or molded parts.
If you don't have CAD; sketched ideas are welcome here. I am pleased to work with inventors.
